Contact our Dispatcher with any questions regarding rates and/or routes. Please use a Scheduling Ticket to notify us of what you will be shipping and how it will get to our facility. Download a Shipper's Information Packet containing all of our freight terms, billing information, forms and a completed example of the Scheduling Ticket for your reference. You can also download an Excel version of this form that you can complete on your computer and fax or email us. Be sure to indicate whether the shipment is prepaid or collect so we can bill the correct company.

We understand that many of our customer’s orders are changing up until the time that the product leaves your facility, but the sooner you can notify us of what we will haul the more efficiently we can schedule and load our trucks. Efficient scheduling and loading means our trucks will leave on time and your product will be delivered on time. This is especially important on Tuesdays. If we do not receive the Scheduling Ticket in a timely manner we cannot guarantee a place on the truck for your product.

Freight picked up by Amory’s: Scheduling Ticket must be received by 2:00pm - the earlier the better. Any changes to the original ticket must be faxed as soon as the product leaves your facility.

Freight Delivered to Amory’s: Scheduling Ticket must be faxed as soon as the product leaves your facility again, the earlier the better.

PROOF of Delivery
Proof of Delivery tickets accompany all shipments. Damages and shortages must be reported to the office with 24 hours of receipt of product using the Damages/Shortages Form. Freight dropped at unattended facilities will not have a signed POD. If you are receiving freight in this manner please prearrange it with our dispatcher. If you are shipping to a customer in this manner and require a signed POD, please contact the consignee to make arrangements.

A Billing Adjustment Form must accompany any adjustments made to our original invoice.

Finance charges are added to unpaid balances 30 days old and are computed at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum). The customer will pay all collection costs and fees incurred.
